Shipping Policy

GoOffline is operated by Solutionever Technologies. At GoOffline, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders below ₹2000. Orders above ₹2000 must be placed using prepaid payment methods. We reserve the right to disable COD for certain orders based on location, order history, or other factors.

For COD orders:

  • A ₹60 COD handling charge is applicable
  • Customers are required to pay a 15% advance payment to confirm the order
  • The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery

This policy helps us reduce fake orders and ensure faster processing.

Delivery Time

  • Most orders in India are delivered within 5–8 working days
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier service, and external factors such as weather or public holidays
  • In some remote areas, delivery may take up to 8–10 working days

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact us:

Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners such as: Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, Ecom Express (depending on your location).

Delays

While we try our best to deliver on time, delays may happen due to:

  • Courier-related issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays or unforeseen situations

We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Delivered but Not Received?

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package:

  • Please check with family members, neighbors, or security
  • Inform us within 48 hours of the delivery update

We will assist you by raising the issue with the courier partner.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate while placing the order
  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Damaged Package

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery:
👉 Do not accept it OR record an unboxing video before opening it. This helps us resolve issues faster.
